Cumana CAX-354 Floppy disk drive

When I owned an Amiga 500, the Cumana CAX-354 external floppy disk drive along with the 512Kb RAM/Real Time Clock upgrade was an essential upgrade. In the late 80's, hard drives were very expensive and had limited capacity and disk management when using only one floppy disk drive was a nightmare so adding a second, third and even fourth external floppy disk drive to an Amiga really let it "breathe" and made using Amiga DOS and Workbench a dream.

When I traded up to my Amiga 1200 and installed an internal hard drive, I sold my external floppy disk drive to a friend and regretted it from the moment I did it. Suffice to say, I now have another Cumana external disk drive in the collection and this time, it's not going anywhere!
