IFEL 3MB RAM upgrade for the Acorn BBC A3000

The IFEL 3MB RAM upgrade took the A3000 up to the maximum of 4MB RAM that the MEMC1a chip would allow. Many Acorn machines could accept more RAM in multiples of 4MB where each 4MB required it's own MEMC1a controller.
